BELT FILTER TABLE TF

Belt filtering table TF is used instead of a static thickener, with expensive concrete works, to thicken sludge before a digestor or a following dewatering unit (as belt press, plate filter press, centrifuge).

Belt filtering tablet TF is complete with a vertical cylindrical reactor (with a variable speed mixer) to help sludge and polyelectrolite to react and separate from water.

Flocculated sludge is discharged on the belt and is thickened to a solids content in a range of 2 to 5 times higher (with an equivalent volume reduction).

Self cleaning nozzles are used to wash the belt.
